God's ways and ideals of holiness are better implemented by the individual as they grow and mature in the faith. Not forcibly by people. If the person is being led by God, then the foundation is strong. If men do it, then it's weak, and people will backslide. In other words, if God convicts someone or commands that they do something, then it's a strong foundation. If men command it, then it's weak
