most likely smurfing. Jakiro is good support hero (can be played pos4 or 5 without problem), but his enemies were extreamly stupid most of the times.

This hero is strong, i’d not consider him a midlaner tho, if you wanna do some spicy stuff and have lots of fun techies is better (from the support category). Jakiro shines the most on the lane with another hero that had slow or stun and then, after laning stage he is super tanky; also u can have aprox. the same items like yours from pos4 or 5 jakiro if you play it really good (min 30 without octarine) but you don’t really need it anyways:)
