Definitely a surface cleaner will give a better result in this case, no doubt, for interior we have this machine and the spinner, I think the spinner will work better but require more tolls and preparation of the floor with pre-spray, while my Tornado br16/3 "that is this machine on video", is easy to handle and ready to start in less time, but sure the result with the spinner will be better...
Rented this machine at The Home Depot because the employee who works there insisted that this machine would not only power clean my tile flooring inside the house but he said it would make them look like new the same way a pressure washer would so I took his word and rented the machine and it didn't do nothing my tile looks exactly the same as when I started and the grout looks dirty and filthy still! So disappointed! I wanted to pressure wash my tile floor not lightly clean it!
