The Most Stupid U-turn

The U-turn next to the bus terminal, KK Sentral has the potential to implement the NCUT, no-crossing U-turn as is commonly implemented in many flyover bridges. Instead, the U-turn is turned the opposite way, requiring entry to the traffic light and exit via the traffic light again.
If a no-crossing U-turn is implemented, there is no need to cross any traffic light. Instead of crossing the main road, a converging lane can be implemented. There is enough space for at least 50m of merging lane as is normal in many under pass U-turns.
