Fascinating interview. Can't wait to see the documentary. The concept of witchcraft\Wicca as a spiritual life choice or fundamental lifestyle is intriguing.

6:22 Please know that Wicca ≠ Witchcraft, and Gardnerians are widely known for their weirdness as Wicca was formed in the 20th century, and though they borrow some traditions, they invented their own ideologies because they believed they were anti-establishment, all the while creating their own. When Greymoon interviewed Laura asking about drugs and nudity, just know that that was inappropriate! -- as no one who practices *true witchcraft* should feel obligated (and yes, I'm well aware that being 'skyclad' is something that can be enjoyed by groups for reasons of feeling closest to nature and not letting clothing come between you and the moon, but it should never be mandatory!--as even hundreds of years ago, many witches still opted to remain clothed), and I felt that in the documentary, she was a bit of a bully about it, with her austerity and self-proclaimed leadership being "the law". I'm glad Laura stood her ground against them. Also, Wicca is not the only system of beliefs, but of many, as each country/region had their own traditions, some less religious, some even LESS religious than that. Wicca doesn't define witchcraft, end of story.

This makes me want to see the documentary. Unfortunately I can't find any information about how to watch it and where. It was shown at HotDocs back in May, but no idea where to see it now. It's not yet available for streaming. I'm a fan of Terror Tarot. This looks pretty cool. I'd really like to see it. Again, when and how?

There couldn't be a more stereotypical documentary about witchcraft than Coven. We all dance naked and obey a high priestess without question? Stopped watching right there. Do your own research, practice your own craft, make your own journey, be connected to nature and above all do no harm.
