I bought 1/2 a cow back in February. It was my first time getting one. Bryson and his team were very helpful. They called and went over the entire cut sheet and they even called me the next day to verify some of my questions. Bryson called me a few days later to confirm everything and a few weeks later I was able to get my 330 lbs of beef. The meat is fantastic. I will be doing this again next year.
