I did the same in my 99 Chevy tracker but since the front suspension has 2 inch spacer , the spring ended compressed and now the suspension y very hard , and has a rough driving I feel even the litthe bumps on the road. I would like to find a lower control arm relocation kit (move the lower arm down) to release some pressure to the springs.
You don’t have to take the caliper off all the tire rod end once you take the swaybar off on the stride you can push the lock control arm down as far as she can take the spring out

you probably want to look at dropping diff down to straight the cv or you will most likely break them.
Depends on the angle it is running at, once things settle I doubt it will be any issue
