People commenting about some of your attire is just sad. I've heard this on multiple channels with women of our age. You dress very nice and never look inappropriate - always a class act! The people with those comments are unhappy and always looking to tear someone or something down. Personally I don't think you should waste your time even addressing them. You do you - I hate that phrase lol but it works in this context!
I only addressed it because I’m sure there are other women our age with an internal voice telling them maybe they shouldn’t wear something for the wrong reasons…and we need to stop doing that to ourselves!

I watch all your videos and I’m sorry people can be so cruel in their comments but I will tell you this….I am 64 yrs old and I have just last summer embraced wearing shorts. Not short shorts of course but above the knee shorts and I do NOT have thin knees or upper legs but they are MY legs and I am going to wear what I feel comfortable in. Of course I like to look nice and I pay attention to that. But I love that you encourage ladies to “go for it” if they feel confident and comfortable with modern styles. Im 67, 5' 5, slender and have worn short dresses with comfortable heeled sandals all this Summer. I'm an hour north of you and this 3 digit degree Summer has been brutal! For comfort sake I hace chosen shorter dresses. I have gotten so many compliments. I think you look pretty in the shorter dresses. I'm glad you addressed this subject.
Marnie, I bought a couple of shorter Avara dresses after you modeled the blue and ivory one the the ruffles at the shoulders. It looked so pretty and girly on you, I thought I'd give it a try. I wore it recently to a family gathering. I wore it with a wide brimmed, really pretty hat. My daughters, both in their early 40s, were so complimentary and wanted to know where I got it. I sent them the Avara link. I think it's good to take some risks in trying different styles rather than get stuck in just what we are used to. You model a wide variety of styles that I enjoy and appreciate. You really do a stellar job 😊.

I watch all your videos and I’m sorry people can be so cruel in their comments but I will tell you this….I am 64 yrs old and I have just last summer embraced wearing shorts. Not short shorts of course but above the knee shorts and I do NOT have thin knees or upper legs but they are MY legs and I am going to wear what I feel comfortable in. Of course I like to look nice and I pay attention to that. But I love that you encourage ladies to “go for it” if they feel confident and comfortable with modern styles. I also love that you show clothing from Walmart, Target, Amazon and others that are affordable for everyone. Thank you very much!! Keep up the good work and encouraging words!! 💝

Im 67, 5' 5, slender and have worn short dresses with comfortable heeled sandals all this Summer. I'm an hour north of you and this 3 digit degree Summer has been brutal! For comfort sake I hace chosen shorter dresses. I have gotten so many compliments. I think you look pretty in the shorter dresses. I'm glad you addressed this subject.

Marnie, I bought a couple of shorter Avara dresses after you modeled the blue and ivory one the the ruffles at the shoulders. It looked so pretty and girly on you, I thought I'd give it a try. I wore it recently to a family gathering. I wore it with a wide brimmed, really pretty hat. My daughters, both in their early 40s, were so complimentary and wanted to know where I got it. I sent them the Avara link. I think it's good to take some risks in trying different styles rather than get stuck in just what we are used to. You model a wide variety of styles that I enjoy and appreciate. You really do a stellar job 😊.
