Unfortunately we don’t have mic on Pete so with the sound of the racing outside and hospitality general noise it’s often really poor quality audio unless you have a mic on. That’s the reason 👍🏼
train yourself to do everything in life quicker, then train yourself to train yourself quicker... its key . . not faster, quicker, in less time . . engine tear down was 45 minutes beginning of season, end of season, 19... more organized and efficient each and every time . . each session less time to perform everything, every team break down, quicker each session, every season quicker . . .. I see riders getting complacent all the time, happy with a certain pace, "oh me I picked up a tenth over Q i'm ready" the rider relax's the attack, eye of the kitten . . when the complete opposite should be true, BY NATURE! not NURTURE! this is the true meaning of a "natural" not only does an attack never end, but the intensity of the attack increases each, corner, every straight, every lap, each session, each season .. one starts his first ever superbike season needing the entire track to handle business marking the back of the pack, by the end of ones career able to thread the bike thru a keyhole at 220kph down a corkscrew with a 68 mph starboard gale force wind exiting semi sideways head above the bubble without a single thought going thru ones head, beyond focus and concentration in a strange new zone with no sounds and a single sight, without ever realizing it you blinked once the entire race . . TORA! TORA! TORA! never let up . . that's how winners roll . . . . no more excuses!

Despite the budget, certain essential components are not being replaced? You could look at going to MotoAmerica and sticking it to them?
I have never understood why the BMW doesn't perform, Josh. It has the power, but there appear to be small issues that never resolve.
