I've noticed that karate competitors pull their fist back to their hip after an attack. I think that creates openings for the opponent to counter if the attack misses. Is that a habit or a rule?
@@grisha.t where is that a rule? I can say I just skimmed over the USKA official rules and there’s not a single rule that mentions having to chamber a missed attack …
The pullpack shows the referee that you did indeed score, so even after a missed attack most competitors will pull back anyways to really sell the score.
Your need to be trained on how to demonstrate techniques first. No power, incomplete techniques and a lot of talking.... can you coach some body with this slow techniques
