Hey guy that yelled at us from the car haha. Always nice to see people interested in van adventures. Just a word of advice start later in the series. The first series is a little painful. Baja is a good one to start with. Or into the desert. Either way if you start from the beginning hang in there it gets better. Cheers man!! Azpt was a good one too.
You guys are pretty much doing exactly my plan (give or take a stop or 2 so far). My travel plan is to also take 2 months but I'll be solo so I find I am doing more research than I typically do, as it's out of country and my first time to Baja. I'm curious about the tour book that you are reading from in this episode. Title of it please? And I wholeheartedly agree with the others, fantastic job on the vids ... you keep it real. Thanks!
Thanks for watching. The book is Moon guide. Baja. It’s one of the more informative. It wasn’t a Must. But nice to have for some background info. We are working on an everything you need to know about overlanding baja series. Maybe 5 episodes of all the basic info. Keep an eye out.

I was able to catch the title in subsequent vids and bought it before leaving for my own Baja adventure in mid-February. Baja has exceeded all expectations and you guys are to be given loads of credit for that. Thank you!
We did. That is where we started and drove 1 or two little beaches over. No one knew the name so we gave the general vicinity. A nice spot tho. It was way too windy to enjoy the pretty spot. Thanks for watching.

Hey. Just stumbled across your video as I'm planning a baja trip with the family. I'm curious of the height of the power lines. I'm probably going to be in a motorhome so I'm wondering if height will be an issue. I'm sure if semis can go through, it would be fine on main roads, but around town and going into some areas, I'm wondering if there would be issues. What do you think?
Hmmmmm. Well, the height of or van is 10' and we were fine . I'm sorry to say That's all I can tell you. We din't notice getting scary close to any if that helps. We also saw a lot of bigger Rv's.

@@brianandmarisha409 ... I hope you guys can do another Baja trip next year. I'd recommend trying to surf at Scorpion Bay. It is perfect for longboarding when it is small.
@@roninplaya1 thank you. We were headed back this past spring when we had family emergencies. We’ll try again next year. We did hit scorpion bay last time but had no luck and it was flat. Timing was off for us but we will go back. 🤟🏼
WARNING: Baja California Sur is NOT "baja". It is the FIRST CALIFORNIA of all, since 1535 when Hernán Cortés was in the extreme south of the peninsula. The continental part of the Californias that the USA alienated from Mexico was the NEW or ALTA California, and in 1848 the expansionist northamericans changed it to simply "California". So they will be more decent if you refer to this land with the correct name of Peninsular California or Mexican California...
