POKEMON BRILLIANT DIAMOND Hardcore Nuzlocke using DARK types only!!

- In this video I'll be attempting a hardcore nuzlocke in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond using only dark types!! Can I pull it off despite the lack of viable encounters?
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl has been amazing so far, I hope pokemon legends arceus will be just as good! The brilliant diamond and shining pearl reviews might be negative, but I haven't heard anyone not enjoy the game so far! I also love the brilliant diamond shining pearl OST and new teams! My rules (the rules in the video were from another run, these are the correct ones!):
- If a pokémon faints, it cannot be used anymore and must be boxed for the entire run.
- Set mode must be turned on.
- No in-battle items, such as potions or revives, are allowed. Held items are okay.
- I can only catch the first encounter per route. Different geographical environments in the grand underground count as separate routes.
- No leveling past the following gym leader’s ace pokémon. This applies until I enter the battle.
- Dupes clause (look it up)

To be honest I was never a big fan of watching nuzlocks but I really enjoy the way you edit your videos and the lengths you keep them at. I’m happy to say this is probably the 5th video of yours I’ve watched all the way through lol but keep up the good work loving the content!

@@nafidzfarghana7416 lmao the first nuzlocks video u saw that their were texture issues right. He got the game early via that one emulator that bugged out the game. Well more buggy then the current official released game. So that first nuzlocks was done on an emulator. Seeing how this video had no texture issues this is the released game.

When I fought Maylene, Lucario SPAMMED drain punch. It took me like 5 tries to win.

I didn't know the naming theme until I saw Murkrow and thought about Turtwig's name. These are levels in hell according to Dante's Inferno
Initial thought was that this was going to be based off of the 7 deadly sins, but once Anger was chosen I knew this would be based on the 9 circles of hell in Dante's Inferno: Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Heresy, Anger, Violence, Fraud, and Trechery if I remember them correctly... also not sure if they're in the right order either

Well...its weavile...it makes ALOT of fights easy with its speed and physical attack. If weavile can set up which alot of trainers let happen...it will sweep everything

Damn the necorzma boss fight loses to just foul play zorua ggs was it a hard nuzlock?the best fight in that game was necrozma fight but having an entire team of dark types makes that fight baby mode. But the rest of the game how was it?

Great video bro…but you can also technically could get spiritomb after the second gym by talking to 32 unique people then interacting with that stone thing with an odd keystone…it will take you a few hours to do but you can pull it off :3 but awesome vid bro 😎

Hardcore nuzlockes are harder in the E4 and champion fights because the mons have max IVs and EVs. It makes it unfair because we have no way to maximize our IVs until post game. It’s even harder if you grind your friendship down before going in
It forces you to somewhat invest in one of the defenses of your mons due to knowing you’ll be outsped or if you don’t invest, you have to use cheesy strats like double team or sub+setup. Agility becomes more useful

Very cool; I'm fairly new to nuzlocke so attempting the same with water, i.e. I can have a gyarados so it should be fine. Also if I get a simple Bidoof I'll actually run a curse set which will be extra poggers
