I like the slow cadence of Todds comedy. It's also such a dry sarcastic humor which I love.
I'm so glad Todd talked about this special on Maron's WTF podcast otherwise I might now have known it was out there. How is it that nobody wanted to buy this show? He's one of the funniest people alive, an absolute master of the craft.

I saw Todd Barry on We Might Be Drunk and decided to give the special a try. And I am glad that I did. This special is more better than most😂
Check out the Roast of Patrice O'lNeal if you like him, it was nothing but classic NYC comedians, it's legendary, one of the best sets by a relative no name at the time followed by a totally unprepared more seasoned comedian bombing worse than I've ever seen because he didn't have anything prepared and had to follow a straight killer! Todd Barry was one of the first ones to roast Patrice on it, but Ben something rather was savage, the guy I mentioned earlier.

Ever since I was a kid and saw his "Brad Pitt would never fuck u, but I might" joke, life long fan lol
I found him at the start of the pandemic. Honestly just dove into standup comedy fandom. I burned thru all the mainstream stuff including him. I first listened to his crowdwork tour on Pandora. He's so sharp and quick witted. And I love his deadpan delivery and sarcastic cadence he has. I also wish he was marketed more tho I'm sure he's fine with where he's at. An established comedian.

I've been a fan of Barry since I was a kid. I saw him in Montreal a few years ago. It was with a small crowd. He was fantastic.

Todd Barry was one of the first comedians i got into a looong time ago. To this day, his neck tattoo bit pops into my head whenever i see someone with one. Love to see him still busy.

Todd Barry is definitely underrated, the first time I saw him was on "Flight of the Conchords", but actually seeing a stand up set from him. Funny as he'll.
