The biggest problem I have with the older models is not so much how ugly they are, but how terrible the animations are. Malphite is the classic example of this... the attack animations snap back to the idle animation state, rather than having an intermediate in combat animation state as the newer models. Even the newer skins with great recall animations are still stuck with these horrible base animations. In addition to those on your list, this is also the case with Tryndamere, Anivia, Jarvan IV, Talon, and Viktor just to name a few.
I wouldn't say she has a bad design, It's just some of her voice lines could be updated for more interactions, also adding new animations when she becomes a spider would help, overall she doesn't need a full job like caitlyn had.
Almost every yordle has got a fresh (or less) new animations, rework (Poppy, Tristana) but I think Veigar and Lulu need those as well and yet they're almost forgotten... Amumu perhaps too.

@@alialahoda7376 I agree with you. I don't mind the skin showing outfits it looks really good on some champions like Katarina, Miss Fortune, Samira, LeBlanc but I think it looks so ordinary on Janna. Also, I think Riot knows that too cause all of her skins, including Wild Rift, are very different from her default skin.
Straight up should just hire "Natalia 'Verauko' Trykowska" to design Janna's rework. The fan rework they made is STUNNING. And much more befitting Janna's god status
Cho'gath would be actually amazing considering the last monster champion riot released was fiddlesticks (although it was a rework) with the talent on the design team cho gath could look insane
The real last monster champion is rek'sai. We are overdue for a New monster champion. Riot needs to suck it up and release one instead of making excuses. Skins are for the money. New champions are to bring more crowd in.

This is going to be a bit controversial since people know Ahri one of riot's favorites, but let's be real she needs a VU. Her spirit blossom and even SG skins look so much better than her base model it's not even funny. Janna also deserves a major VU.

@@Bakachicki i mean i have 3 corki skins: corgi, baron and ice tobogan. Red baron is a dope skin and i used it until i got corgi, but it certainly isn't worth the money. Sure u can fly around as a little german plane, but imagine the same skin with some cool animations and voice changed. They probably won't change nim rn cuz it would be too much effort with all those legendaries
Riot would rather make a second legendary skin for a popular champ than making a new model for the old ones. Caitlyn got hers simply just because of the release of arcane.
Isn't udyr recieving a VGU, and as far as I know I think the team in charge of VGUs isn't the same one in charge of ASUs, so it's possible that the next ASU would be LUX 💖✨😭.
Varus needs an update to match his Wild Rift model which makes him look more Darkin yet still looks like Varus. His Arclight splash art could be updated to its wild rift version as well! He needs a VO as well, hopefully they keep the same voice actor and add new voicelines and edit others so he still maintains his whole theme. They should also edit his skins to have long hair. He is supposed to be inhumanly beautiful yet they cut his hair or give him creepy mask! If the other Champs get to keep their long hair, Varus should too! I love some of his taunts and laugh. He'd be perfect!
As a zilean main i would love to see him getting a full visual update tied to new animations... since well... he has none (besides dance and sugar rush has a cute recall) like my man needs some love. And the runeterra card of him is just 10/10
Man Viktor model is the one I despite the most, his face and his hair look soo weird, he doesn't look as cool as his splash art, hopefully when he comes to Wild Rift he gets a model rework Also WR has so many great model reworks idk why Riot doesn't use them in the pc version
Varus where? He needs at least ASU so badly. Doesnt look much as darkin and there is nothing in game showing him as 3 personalities in one body. Sure this will be probably hard thing for Riot to do since Kayn and Rhaast are there but still.

They will give that to all old champions which are not on waiting list for VGU and Varus should be between the first ones to get one (Many league content creators share this same opinion.)

Back when IronStylus worked at Riot, he said Rumble has a jank model that needs to be remade before more skins can come out for him. It's been about 10 years, and they've released skins for his jank model (badlands baron and space groove) Hope they update his model at some point.
Out of these, I want LeBlanc to get an update the most. She is one of my favorite champs and looks so outdated nowadays. Even her most recent skin (Debonair) suffers from this. Even if they just do an ASU, I would be very happy!

Honestly riot should rlly copy paste all their wild rift models into league cuz of the quality but it would end up sacrificing the performance rate for some player’s pc, so id say riot should add like an option for visuals quality where players get to choose if they want the wr models or the old models :)
Yeah alot of wr champs received a retouch on their ingame model Leona,Diana,Xin Zhao face isn't mirrored,Annie looks like a child now,Lux looks great,Gragas looks fine,Darius etc but some champs are not touched like Ahri,MF,Janna some champs also got some new Animation
I can see Malphite and Blitzcrank getting one of these simply because they will probably not rework them since they work fine in the current games (kinda), someone like Cho or Skarner will probably get fully reworked one day so they are out for these smaller updates.
Janna’s model in wild rift is so clean and she has more clothing. Her model on is an outdated model of the stereotypical “sexy elf girl with magic” and a update to her model to change that and make her more of a wind goddess of some sort

Riot is not updating older champion designs and animations fast enough, there are more than 30 champions that are extremely outdated. If they update only 1-4 per year it would still take them more than 6-7 years to get to them all and by that point more champions will become outdated.
I think Corki should be in this top 10. All u have to do is look at his older legendaries. They are so bad compared to the other legendaries on different champs. All they do is remodel and even tho they cost 1820 rp they look like a 750 rp skins...
