Bozeman Development Spring 24

I was eager to do a quick drive around to document all the building happening around Bozeman specifically Southwest Bozeman. The amount of multi family units that has been erected in the last 4 years is incredible, quality of the builds are low, sell price is high, builder margins are alright, anecdotally Bozeman has incredibly dense sprawl rightfully given the limited available space between BZN, 4 Corners, and Belgrade coupled with the unlimited supply of people that want to call Gallatin their home. Recently as of March 24 - Bozeman is now classified as a metropolitan area this I-90 decreased its speed limit from 80 to 65 around city limits.
