I guess you may call it 'the most realistic desk tour 2017' haha :) This was one of the most highly requested videos and I really hope you guys enjoyed although it's the longest video I've ever uploaded. I hope your doggie gets well soon!! I SO agree with the "don't be a perfectionist" when you study. no matter how much i want to learn everything that I'm supposed to learn as med student, I can't. because the time they give to students in order to learn the material is never enough. so try to learn as much as you can but don't be a perfectionist. because then you'll fail. when you have free time (summer vacation) you can learn the rest. doctors study for a life. there's always something new to learn.

Hi Lena .your videos are super. could you make one about student exchange program in med. school?
I reckon would be really interesting to see a video of you talking about how you got into med school in terms of work ethic and things you had to do and how this made you feel and the impact it had on your life as a whole - Im sure medical school is as competitive as it is in korea as it is in the UK where I study. The reason I ask is that there is a perception internationally that korean students are very diligent and work excessive hours (like 7am-11pm) which fair enough will pay off but it's a question of how this impacts someone psychologically and what motivates them to do so, forgive me if I'm stereotyping but I'm hoping you could clear this up.

Aw darling I hope your dog gets better!!! I can relate my Yorkie got really sick and did a bunch of procedures; the doctors even did a liver biopsy but we only know his liver is not good, he has decreased vacuoles on his liver and his hepatic function is failing... it's definitely not the same when your dog/pet isn't home be it for a few minutes or a few days. I feel you!! It's all going to be ok, I'm sure!!! Good luck for your dog and for yourself in China!!!

i am really interested in working the dermatology-field in the future, however i'm still not sure what courses i should take in uni, any advice? :) and also i hope your dog gets well soon, i know how you're feeling
In most places the classes you take have no affect on what you can latter specialize in. Rather there are certain classes that are required to go to medical school (chemistry, biology, physics, calculus etc.) If you are interested in Derm I would suggest to whichever classes are required in your country to go to medical school, and possibly shadow a dermatologist to see if you like it .

Why are your KMLE books from 2015? In the US we're required to study from the latest addition for the sciences. Particularly the medical/biological sciences. Thanks for the desk tour! I always love your videos!😁
Lisa Mercado Lisa Mercado each school is different. At some school your prof will allow you to use older versions and they will provide you with the updated information themselves. Most time there is not much difference between the older and newer version just slight changes.
Lisa Mercado I bought those when I was a sophomore but I will be getting the latest version around next month. We normally buy KMLE books as 1+1 when we are sophomores so we can also get the latest version when we become seniors. I don't know if I explained it right but that's how most students here buy them.

Yes i have a dog he is 9 years old lst august 13 ,2017 he died coz he didn't want to eat ... he only drink water only .... i was crying before he died coz hes special to me he understand what we saying he like a human coz he understand we say to him but he is a dog ....... sometimes i cry coz every day morning he come to my room to wake me up i miss him so much ..... i hope youre dog is doing fine .... i pray for him ...... we dont have a veterinary clinic her in my province so i cannot do anything to my my dog to leave him alive .....
