It can get confusing if your using a combo..If your combo has an extra speaker output then 4ohm may be better as some combos,my Ashdown Electric Blue 150 included...says 150w but with an extra 8ohm cab...it came with an 8 ohm speaker so being parrallel to the extra speaker plug wired with another 8ohm cab gives me 4ohms so i replaced the combo's 15" 8ohm speaker for a 15" 4ohm & now getting the full150w...strange as the 8ohm combo speaker restricts the wattage because of ohms law..1x15" cab at 150w is loud enough now for practicing & small gigs...great combo the Ashdown Electric Blue...old but sounds really good & louder now...good vid bud...i have the EBS Magni 500 15" combo...fantastic combo & very loud....all i ever need no matter the size of venue as fantastic tones & goes so loud🎸👍
