I went to college in Memphis and just missed this park by a few years. Great recreation, and I'm stealing the re-motion park tour idea.
Thank you so much for the great spotlight. This was the first park I ever created in Planco, I've learned a lot since and would do a lot differently now but as you said, it came out pretty fun. Cheers!

I’m a born and raised memphian and this is spot on. We all miss liberty land so much here😭
Sure appreciate you showing off this recreation I spent my childhood going to the mid south fair which was held adjacent to the parking lot of libertyland and the coliseum. The staple of the mid south fair was libertyland since it being open solely for the fair since it came past the park’s regular season. (Early September)
Zippin Pippin was Elvis's favorite coaster and now resides in a park called Bay Beach in Green Bay Wisconsin.

That stadium is the Mid-South Colosseum. There is some good abandonment footage here on TH-cam
I live in New Jersey but I did hear a lot of good stories about Liberty Land from some of my family friends who were out in the state where the park was they were visiting their cousins who took them to the park I wanted to visit it because you know I wanted to see it but never got the chance I guess this is the closest thing to it
That was great!! Too bad the real park had to be demolished.

They need to recreate this theme park, if not in memphis, somewhere in North MS, we need a theme park here and a water park!!!
We had a water park. Adventure river and then they changed the name to wild water and wheels. Its was pretty cool in it hay day
Hmm I find this interesting the layout on zippin pippin has the layout of blue streak at cedar point

It's coming back although this time it will be in Rapid City.
