Wow. I was always the good son in the family. I was there in every service and was known for my prayer life. But inside I was messed up. We are all prodigals in that way. God allows us to go through that so that we can become more fruitful for His glory. Also so that we may have a heart for those who have strayed and are lost.
Gary, this is the first time I see any of your children- what a fine young man Evan is-and he is so much like you, similar ways of speaking and mannerisms lol. I'd like to let you know,Gary, that one of the first things I'm going to do when I get to heaven is shake your dear dad's hand and thank him for changing my life..... the Lord led me years ago to his sermons and to this day I continue to listen to them-just wanted to let you know.God bless you and your family.
I am praying God is using your family's honest and powerful testimony to bring multitudes to know how much God loves them and has wonderful plans for each who will come to Him to receive Jesus and experience His new way of living. Please pray for our son Jordan. He is hanging with drug friends, and sometimes wants to come home, but doesn't want to leave his drug friends. We have grieved over our son so much, but keep praying constantly for him.

Your family is called as was your Dad and his Dad (family) etc. But I want to thank you because you said Yes to Gods call AND you were willing to pay the price of trusting God. Then even share it with us. Thank you. Thank you so much. My heart breaks for you but you’ll never know how much this is encouraging me with my son right now. God bless you abundantly. Man, what a witness The Lord has used your family for! But I’m sure it can feel like a curse some times! But like Mrs Wilkerson said, never forget the goodness of God and His promises are Yes and Amen. David Wilkerson teaches me that every day as I listen to his preaching. But your family has really catapulted that Truth and has given me the courage to keep on believing Gods promises and goodness for my son too by the opening of your hearts to us. May the Lord fully protect and surround every word shared here and now. I love the Wilkerson family with all my heart and praise God that I’ve even been able to have learned of David Wilkerson only about a year ago! This is beautiful!!! In every way! Gods blessings to you all. I’m in tears of just HOW FAITHFUL God Is!!! I’ve been in this place for my children in our younger years. I pray still for them & their children & their friends. I give God all the glory. I didn’t always do, think, act in Gods ways, but there again God was & is still faithful & His love of me & of my children is so great & wonderful. Their Lives have been changed & I’m forever grateful. I appreciate Gods forgiveness for things, actions I made & took that were not good in getting back my addicted children back then. I had to let go also. Knowing That GOD REALLY LOVED them & me is awesome & I stand humbly amazed in His Presence.
