- In today’s vlog we head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a fun day of rides, updates and food! We talk a little about Disney’s premature release of MagidBand+ and where some of the future band spots might be. We rode some of our favorite rides in the park, had a little lunch in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge and then got some dessert from Starbucks before we called it a day. It was a great day! I think it's underappreciated how Tim lays out his goals at the beginning of the video, actions them or tries to action them in the video, and then recaps them at the end. Great storytelling.

It's a small thing that I think really helps set the flow for the video.
I'm so glad Disney kept a lot of the exterior and some of the interior of the Chinese Theater. It's so beautiful. Also happy that WDW still has Tower of Terror. It's such a classic ride that is aging great.
I know I’m so sad that the great movie ride is gone but happy that the Chinese theater is still there and happy that we still have tower of terror and it didn’t change

Tim, totally agree with how frustrating Genie+ is when you have the time you want and confirm a few seconds later and the time jumps to way later. I feel they need to build a shot clock for your selection. Doesn't have to be long, just 5-10 seconds to confirm your time before they put that time back for everyone else.
Watching you back at Disney and riding rides makes me so happy... Thank you for sharing ...
The underwater part on Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway reminds me so much of Bedknobs and Broomsticks - The Beautiful Briny Sea :)

Getting to see Tim ride the rides he loves makes me happy, and seeing him FINALLY wearing a 4-Town shirt brings me just as much joy for him too.
Had the same thing happen to me on Mickey and Minnie's last time I was there. My son, who is much smaller than me pulled the bar down so that it would be tighter for him. I suffered through the whole ride!
I have two daughters, both significantly more slender than myself. My rule has been that I sit center and pull the bar down. If they feel too unrestricted (and it is always a relatively tame ride, lap bar, no shoulder harness), I will happily hug them to make them feel more secure.

Disney needs to reopen the other side of Tower of Terror soon. Line has been crazy for months now and it never gets less then 60min. Not even in the morning or late at night before park closing.
Sorry but I heard the other side will go down once they finish the current side.....

I was genuinely wondering how you record on dark rides because I assumed you were super considerate of other people, I'm glad I was right. Thank you for sharing how you do that! I rode on Space with someone recording the entire time and it was awful.

Toy Story Mania is one of my favorite rides at DHS simply because my dad pointed at the sign in the queue that reads "Aim higher to shoot farther" and says to me "Andrew look it says fart."
So naturally I take a picture with that sign every time I visit WDW.

Man, I miss The Hollywood Tower of Terror. The horror ambience was just more appealing to me than Guardians of the Galaxy. But I still enjoy the ride at DCA.

I will say, I don’t understand that incredibles alleyway either HOWEVER that alley is awesome to hang out in. It’s calm but all the chairs are painful to sit in but it’s a good spot for shade.

I payed closer attention to the Mickey ride animation... I never realized how much they put into it... I cant figure out how they did some of it as the animation seemed to be in 3D. im sure some one somewhere explained it but.. Dang... never really noticed how truly impressive it is

Ok Tim advice needed. Will I enjoy Galaxy's Edge and rides without the fact (no hate plz lol) that I haven't watched all of the star wars films. And the one I sat through I didnt understand 😞
I would say skip star tours. But the new rides smugglers run and rise of the resistance are both thrilling rides even if you don’t know the characters or context. They’ll be saying this you don’t understand but they’re still fun rides. Smugglers run, the gist of it is your smuggling something on a starship and each person has a different job flying the ship - good motion simulation. Rise you are trying to escape the enemies ship you’ve been taken captive on. You’re running from the bad guys trying to get to an escape ship/pod.

I’m curious. Why keep buying Genie+ when you are continually dissatisfied? Isn’t that giving Disney the impression that people like it if they are re-purchasing?
