I remember the stories about people breaking the gates in Cusack park to get into this game, the GAA cocked up by playing it at such a small venue. You can actually see as the match progresses the stands getting more crowded as there was terrible traffic on the day.
Nice to see it being in Irish. Hope the language will retain it's former glory and never die.

Despite a lot of missed chances Roscommon kept going and were much superior to Kerry on the day.
Great great day for Roscommon and utterly deserved.....a little more composure in front of goal and they would have won in a canter.
Can't beat a pipe band before a game.
