    Toyota upgraded the caliper in later models to a twin piston design. Also have oem master cylinder on mine so possible issue there.

    I really like your Camry
    I can not get over how many differences there are from your 98 Camry and my american 98 Camry . how can i find fenders with the side markers?

    • @RexH
      @RexH  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      thanks man, you'd probably have to go the junkyard or something and take one off a car

    What parts would you recommend to add horsepower/speed to a 1999 Toyota Corolla.

    So definitely worth it to go get some spotted rotors and pads? Looks nice and seems to make a pretty big difference!

    Hey Rex, I don't know wether you know this or not.. just here to tell you that the 3GR under your bonnet is the same used in the Lotus Evora, Im looking for a v6 camry soon.. I'll tell you what I'm gunna do to mine when I buy it.. you can do whatever you want but I'm a subscriber so.. anyways I'm going to chip tune it by Unichip, I'm gunna install headers and a spacer, with a borla exhaust.. of course I'll update the clutch to a stage 2 exeddy clutch(so the transmission can stay safe.. it doesn't need replacing)
    I'm actually hesitated on touching the head.. changing the head studs valves springs cams... I want it to make 320-370 just so I can street race it and since it being Toyota... it will stay reliable. Anyways good luck on your journey.

    Hey Rex, I discovered your channel assuming due to the fact that we have essentially the same car, but mines a 2001 XLE model. How have the Ebay Rotors and pads held up now that its been 6 months? I've seen some slotted rotors for pretty cheap on Ebay in my area, wouldn't mind getting some if they're decent.
