- A friend of mine took this short video with his Nokia mobile phone. I wanted to do a little burnout, but there were too many people around in the shopping mall this evening...maybe next time!

These cars have such style and grace. Just beautiful. My girlfriend calls my Plymouth 'the other woman'. lol
you have a Plymouth?
If I was in that garage getting into my car and I saw that especially with the music I would have literally shit myself
Bellissima sgommata bravissima Christine🥰😍
This car came all the way from New Jersey to Germany in 2004. As far as I know these cars were available in Germany as well when new. I have some german car magazines with articles, prices and road tests of 57 / 58 Plymouths. Of course big american cars weren't common in Germany back then. Switzerland was totally different for example, they even had their own assembly plants for GM and Chrysler products...
That is so very cool, such a beautiful car, careful Christine is on the loose again ☺really nice one. Thanks for sharing 😎❤👍🚘
@flatheadman1 1956 Furys were Eggshell White. 1957 and 1958 Furys were Buckskin Beige. The standard engine for 1957 and 1958 was a high performance 318 V8 with 2x4 carbs with a gross horsepower rating of 290. The optional engine of 1958 was the Golden Commando which put out 305 horsepower(via fuel injection).
0:24 “You’re not mad are ya?”
@retroolschool hell yeah, brother!

And now that mall as a few less customers cause of Christine. X3

Love it 😂 like the movie 😅
Go Christine!
hell yeah
Nice car, aswesome to see another christine rolling around. they should make a sequel!!!do you have the 290 hp engine? great video, arnie cunningham would be proud lol.
@Fradias11 No problem, I'm into these cars and done a lot of research during the years. I'm always willing to help and tell people some of the facts I know... :-)
@HondaRacing211 Furys came in red/white white/gold and black/gold a few came in orange but those were rare and probably no survivors of those.
@AudioMobil the belverde was a 4door sedan and the fury was a 2door coupe besides that the front lights were also diferent the belverde had like a small light and a big light (on each side) and the fury had those two the same size
@Fradias11 Well, Belvedere & Savoy were available as 2dr/4dr sedan or 2dr/4dr HT, the Fury as 2dr HT only. All 1958 Plymouth had dual head lights, both the same size. In 1957 all Plymouth models had a big single head light, next to a smaller parking light...I guess that's what you were talking about?
Nice
hey, is that Cuntingham???
you need to put white wall tires on this babe, dude!
@flatheadman1 The Golden Commando was a 350 V8.
@JCtheROD -> 1958
@Fradias11 A 2 door hardtop coupé is always a 2 door hardtop - whether it's a Savoy, Belvedere or Fury. The Savoy was (apart from the Plaza which wasn't available as a 2dr HT) the lowest model with a different paint scheme, followed by the Belvedere. The Fury was the top of the line model, only available in one color and with some exclusive options. Check out plymouthcentral [dot] com for further information or feel free to join our International Christine Club (link posted above).
I would say Christine was more a Belvedere with some Fury-specific parts, although she was called a Fury...
@AudioMobil yeah in the movie, the cars they used for christine, were plymouth belvederes, savoys, and furys... they probably had to call it a "special order" in the movie, because of this issue
@AudioMobil Yes they are. If you don't warm 'em up first, they don't do a damn thing for ya. I still love Chrysler.
no, she was a 58 fury.. at least that is what she was called in movie cause the cars used were mostly belvederes and savoys 2 door hard top coupes ;-)
Plymouth Fury 1958
2021?
ye
My transmission works fine, but sometimes the car won't shift in 2nd gear. The brakes are much more pain... :-)
that was like movie history
Danny McCann where's the. 50's rock
Ulm registration....lived Across the River (Donau) 1972-75? (Wiley Kaserne,Neu Ulm. Closed back in the early '90s)
excellent clip! I become scared! ;-))))
@Jman5311 Yes, it's mine...and I will sell it if the price is right! :-)
Hey Cunningham!!!
@Deathscythetransform
Check out my later videos, I have ATLAS white wall rings but they won't last long and are not allowed in Germany. Bias Ply Tires ride like a piece of shit and Radial whitewalls are incredibly expensive over here. The previous owner bought a set of tires with a narrow white stripe and they are almost new so they will stay for a while...
White walls.. but a set of fender wing tips would be a nice touch as well. Nice car. nice video otherwise.
@AudioMobil well if you have done that much research can you please tell me any difference beetween the savoy, the fury and the belvedere that is really significative?
@AudioMobil she is a fury. but so many of the plymouths look like a fury. It's amazing how a movie can stir up enthusiasts. You almost have to be millionaire to afford the fuel these cars use.
I'm the 420th like! Lil bitty pretty one! ♥️
I fucking love that movie "Christine" I want a car that's possesed so it could run over the people that pick on me(I'm only 15, so I'm gonna have to wait almost a year before I get my license)
Hey Cunningham is that you? Hey you ain't mad are you?
@AudioMobil maybe, sorry to bother you
Of course you're allowed to use white wall tires in Germany, but only tires with special european control stamps.
Christine was a Fury, but same thing.
@AudioMobil Try autozone they have power brakes i used them and it stops faster.
These cars are 100% woman..and sometimes they are bitchy like women too! :-)
Christine = Killer (gets Pissed off when is harmed) Old 1958 Plymouth Fury (unkillable)
@AudioMobil what would be the right price for you?
Wasn't christine a 57 Fury?
58
if u diesided to sell the 58 plymouth fury how much would u want for it audiomobil
25000€ and she could be yours! :)
im looking for a cheap fixer up near me
AudioMobil that is cheap for a beautiful car
I love plymouth fury
Fury Chile
Cunningham is that you!
You're not mad are you?
@AudioMobil ?? germany don't allow white wall tires?? what kind of shitty law is that???

0:10 0:11 0:11
C´mon what a fake!!! everyone can see there´s a driver on the wheel and it´s certainly not Arnie, lol
Tired of listening to this kind of jokes?
Congrats buddy .
Deadly serious ,that´s a ride to die for!
When your gf is a car…….
1 tire burnout, lame!
ZPMHinojosa impressive for a stock 60 year old car
That has nothing to do with power. It doesn't have a positive traction rear end...you could have 1000 horses under the hood and without positive traction you will only ever get a one tire fire.
