    The only thing more embarrassing than being tapped by a whitebelt is letting a whitebelt break your arm :)

      U should never underestimate a white belt. I know some solid whitebelts who simply don't train in gi.

      @@Pagansdad Yeah, I was just refering to when Josh said that some people do not want to tap to lower belts and then get their limb broken. Of course its not embarassing to tap, ever!

    You need to add warming up with dynamic stretching before training, stretching after training and adding physio therapy exercises.

    I was on top side control and left my knee in a vulnerable position. Partner ripped it then popped my lcl. Lesson learnt

      How does this happen in top side control?

    • @TommyOne.2
      @TommyOne.2 26 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      @UndisputedTG it's a hard position to explain, but I'll try. My right shin was over his right arm in a bicep slicer type of position, right knee on the mat. My left leg based out toward his head. Kind of like the transitional position towards a north south kimura. He had both hands on my right foot. He started to wrestle up with my foot in hand, turtled to his knees and was pulling on my foot more closer to the heel, but my knee was still on the mat. It felt like outside heel hook pressure then popped

    Water and loads of it, particularly as you get a bit older, keeps the ligaments flexible

    I only roll in for fun anymore, there is just no money to be injuring yourself over it. Be smart!
    Now finding my joy in not caring about the outcome and making fun of all the try hards, who's breathing very heavy on top of me, with questionable body odor...
