Thank you so much for this! Do you have any videos for when a recurring item is deleted from the list?

Not yet, no. I'll add it as a video to do. I could see that would be helpful if you've added more than a handful of events.

Thank you so much for this. I've been fighting with the limitations of modern calendars for a while now. I've been using classic calendars with overlays to get around this, but they just stopped working correctly in my environment, so this is a HUGE help for me.
I know I'm just one guy, but I would be VERY interested in a video on how to modify the original item a second time without duplicating all future occurrences.
I managed to goof up the 'Do Until' the first time I ran the 'When an Item is modified' flow the first time and it created multiple months of an item before I stopped the flow and fixed it. SO...with that being said. I would also be very interested in a video for mass deleting events, rather than having to delete them one-by-one.
    Thanks again!

Thanks for the comment! I'll consider any suggestion for content so feel free to put them out there. I can see the value in doing the videos you suggested and have added them on the agenda to do. For the mass create situation, I've been there and I'm sure a lot of people have. That most frequently occurs when getting things setup and, in that scenario, switching your view to all items allows you to select every event on the page to delete them. In situations where you have potentially thousands of items created, there are a couple of ways to tackle that. Depending on where you are in the build, sometimes it is easier just to delete the list and start over with the SharePoint portion--the Power Automate just gets updated to the new list. When that isn't the ideal option, you can use Microsoft Access to view the SharePoint list and then delete all of the items fairly easily (most of the time--thousands of items can cause Access to freeze if you try to delete everything in one go). You can also use Power Automate to delete all items in the list. I'll do a video that explores some of the options for that scenario. Most people aren't aware of how helpful Microsoft Access can be when working with other Microsoft products and was already on the agenda to explore.
