I've never really gotten into,"Acid King" but every song sounds the same to me, they seem to just play off the devil's note & just riff off that & on & on & on, it's a nice raunchy sound but it's so repetitive. I really like the band,"High On Fire" & Matt Pike's band before that called,"Sleep".
What I love about Lori's Git is that you know she can spit out the Satriani/Knopfler/Hanneman style riff at any given moment. Tuning to the bass and squeezing super thick strings ain't no easy feat either

This was such a brutal show and I think I would have lost my sh!t when that crazy intro to 2 wheeled nation started. I bought AKIII when it was first released from All That's Heavy oh so long ago. NOTHING sounds like Acid King. FWIW, the last video I saw where I really wished I was at the show was Epica's 1000th concert party holy sh!t.

The vocals are not really cutting through sadly. A pity but we can't change it. I love the overall sound though.
