It's only audible at full volume with headphones, which makes the ad inserts pretty awful.

Great lecture; very detailed at explaining issues that may arise with clients. The only issue I had with this lecture and some of the other lectures are they are recorded at a very low volume and this makes it difficult to hear. Thank you for your lectures.

The recording needs to be edited and raised. The contrast with the commercials is horrible. Other than that, it's great!
Great presentation! However, unfortunately, the audio is too LOW and the ads extremely LOAD to the degree that almost hurts my ears!
The content of this video is so helpful. But the volume of Diane voice is too low, when the ads come ups, it so annoying since the volume suddenly blast!
