- If you experience phone freezing, bad internet connection or your phone turns off every moment, in this video how to refresh network settings and how to do a soft reset, by doing a wipe cache partition, this solution is for Samsung Galaxy A10e and Samsung Galaxy A20 but it should work on Motorola, LG , ZTE or Alcatel etc.

Hello Ice Queen, the 45 data only it won't work on smart phones, that is for a Hot Spot device, if your Galaxy A10 it's from Boost Mobile? I recommend the 60 Unlimited since you dont have wifi at home at all. but if course you will get a phone number ( talk texy data)

Galaxy a20 boost roaming greyed out cannot enable domestic roaming. Used to work. Have plan with roaming. Any ideas?

What about if mobile data is open, it goes to ghost touching if the data is not open it is ok naman.. how can i repair it ?

I have a problem. I did this and now my phone will not let me make phone calls, it says "not registered on network". It wasn't doing this before i reset network settings. My mobile data was working before i reset it and now it doesn't work anymore either. I can't text, make phone calls, or get on the internet using mobile data. It has no signal bars anymore. Hello Tamela, I see you are using a unlocked phone, with the phone on remove the Sim card, waith 10 secs insert it again. if no signal showing reboot the phone, if still no signal go to settings, conection where wifi is, look for mobile networks, then access point names and make shure there is a apn stored in there, go back and find manually registed networks, let me know is these steps helped you somehow and let me know in a separe comment if you need another help thanks and please Subscribe
