I am thinking on getting the Samsung Galaxy a10e phone and I have some questions about it
My first question is what ℅ will u get the phone 1 out of 10

I just posted a comment about using split screen plus floating windows.
How many floating windows can you have up at once.
Also it seems that sometimes my floating window refuses to to work and just closes the window all together.
I'm wondering if certain videos or apps simply don't support it and that's why or is there another problem.

Had this phone for 6 months and just learned the split screen mode. Dude I've been doing Netflix all wrong. Now I use it for my texts because I always had to interrupt my shows to respond. Thanks for the hidden feature man
Every time I put something on full screen it backs out how do I fix this, even when I'm on Netflix it keeps backing out
The hidden apps is the best when I'm at my cousin's house there always like Do You Have Game and I just end up giving my phone to them but now I won't need to
I have a TH-cam tech channel and I am used to reviewing and owning flagship phones. The S10 6.1 had been my daily since it was released and it was truly a incredible device. For the past year I had been taking care of my mother who had been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. She ended up surviving about 12 months longer than they had given her and I am forever thankful. I though was faced with not going back out of state to resume my business practice or sacrificing my business to support her and take care of her which there was no decision as I would never have chosen wealth over her life as she made me the man I am today. Having shared that, after about 7 to 8 months my reserve or funds ran dry and I began to sell luxury items to keep cash flowing as my business had stopped and it was all but gone by then. Long to short I used to have 4 to 5 flagship devices at all times that I used and reviewed and more so professionally wrote about. The S10 I held on to as long as I possibly could as I have always used a one handed device as my daily phone. About a two weeks ago now I finally had no choice and sold the awesome S10 and ended up stopping by a metro store and I saw this device and decided to get it. Its definitely no way a comparable device to the S10 and my wow mine lags like crazy and is incredibly slow at timex. I'm about to buy a SD card to expand the storage. I think this device would have been twice the phone with 3gs of RAM instead of 2gs. Overall I'm trying my best to get used to it as this is all part of sacrificing it all for the one person who is capable of loving their children with no condition and we all only have one mom.
Does anyone know other than optimizing this device often, is there anything that can be done to make this device not sit there and think for 3 to 4 seconds as it is driving me crazy. It's got a great design and I want to like it but it needs I suppose more RAM or the processor is just not up to par. Any advice for a newbie to the lower tier samsung devices? I wished I would have gotten the A20 now. Any help I appreciate. I the user experience I is awful compared to even the S8 I had. If there is a way to speed this device up it would be a great phone.
Tough situation to be in. You definitely would have been served better with the A20. My only recommendation is to buy a high speed micro sd card to ensure a smooth experience. This is an entry level phone with limited capability so there's not much else you can do unfortunately.
Actually one other tip is to use the Device Care widget to quickly clear ram and give the phone a boost.

I've written professionally about mobile tech about almost 5 years and regret not starting my TH-cam channel back then as I garnered almost overnight national recognition. I have not had my channel up long so my subscribers are just getting started but I try and respond to every single person who comments, so compared to the subscribers you have I really appreciate it. I went today actually and bought a SD card has a higher than average read and write speed at 100 so I'm about to actually put it to the test. I had honestly become so used to the mid range devices and flagships that devices like the A10e, I had not put any research time or actually even gave it more than a just knowing it existed type thought and it never crossed my mind again because I had been so one dimensional I see now with mobile tech I cleary see now.
I was wishful thinking that there was something that maybe could be done by exploiting it to speed it up. Far too much trouble but one thing is for sure even the mid range too. I deeply took all of their high spec performance for total granted as the true mid range phones today are still to me a flagship with a couple less more than you need features. I was in a hurry the day I decided on it and the one thing I did not look for while reading over the A10e specs was how much RAM it had. Even with it having lower cores the I extra gig of RAM I think would have made a huge difference in this device I think.
Again I appreciate your advice and for taking the time to respond to me man. I subscribed to your channel and enjoyed your vlogs. I will reply later to let you know if this new SD card makes a noticable difference. If it doesn't then I will use if as long as I can and bump up if I am able and get the A20. Thanks again my friend.
MobileTech Insight MobileTech Insight Wow- your story sounds verrry similar to mine. Big life change but Long story short, recently had to use my friend's emergency metroPCS phone once my Note 8 broke, during a family crisis.
During AT&T troubleshooting "to ensure you're getting the best value for your area" on this non-AT&T phone, rep remotely pushes button which accidentally caused my data to completely wipe out data connectivity...and didn't know how to restore it, yet I'm still paying for it.
Another rep fixed it,but then wiped out my entire voicemail system, then making everything look like I was a new customer.
Lastly, for all my troubles, a supervisor via a compassionate rep named "Annette from Kentucky" is sending me a free phone today--- this one, A10e. Hence, looking for vids on it to learn more about it.
I've also sacrificed income & life (my home even!), to better Mom's well-being.
Before, I'd only consider Notes for both work and leisure, bought several, exclusively Galaxy flagships, for me and Mom since 2013.
Was even a Samsung Tech rep.
So from Consultant to Caregiver, I'm with you.

I got my new a10e for 300 dollars I feel like I got ripped off after every one says its 99 dollars
$79 +sales tax +$50for a month of unlimited data, talk and messaging is s what I payed about a month ago. You did get ripped off sir.
Hell I got mine for FREE and yes its brand new never been open well besides us setting it up
You just gotta check around before saying I'm gonna go wit boost mobile or metro or Verizon wireless but US Cellular gives you this phone and a choose of a android phone I think it was the LG K20 think but they all give different phones for free when u sign up at least every place will offer atleast 2 phones with there services free of charge not even a , activation fee
@@bryangreer5352 I dont want to be stuck in a contract personally. U.s. cellular has the worst reception where I live and work so I would not go with them no matter what the deal is.
@@bryangreer5352 if you think it's actually free you are mistaken..you used to get another phone that you could upgrade to halfway through your contract. But the way it's set up now you will have that phone paid off the month your contract ends. And it will likely be reaching obsolete and quite outdated or broken by then. Yeah its new.this is a lower end galaxy. Used would go for 15-30 usd maybe.. If you got a used phone on a contract I would hope it would be a newer model.. mine was still in the box till I got home. No need to hang out in public during a pandemic wearing a mask to set it up.. hell I didnt even register it to a real name. Deez Nitz was acceptable. Cash purchase for phone and reusable plan card. If I decide I dont want it I can sell if or I can trash it and owe nothing.

You can also connect your phone to any device. Example I connect my phone to my TV to watch movies and videos and music. And when you watching vids on TH-cam, you can zoom to full sizes with your fingers.

Just ordered this phone as an upgrade to my beloved Galaxy Sky (the original, not the Sky Pro). Thought I'd learn some of the features before I got started. Have a couple of questions: First, mine is a Tracfone. Do you know if all of these features are available if it's a TF? Many times TF blocks us from using some of the coolest (and even some of the basics like call forwarding) features of a particular model from our phones, kinda negating the whole purpose of upgrading. Second, is this loaded with as much bloatware as the Galaxy Sky had? Happen to know of any way to get rid of these wasteful apps without going through processes too dangerous for a non-Techy, like rooting (which I barely understand and scares me to death)? Third, I bought a 64GB micro SD card for it. Is there any sort of setting to allow you to install a new app directly to the SD card instead of taking up precious main memory, and do I have to do anything to the card before putting it in the phone?
I stumbled upon your video and really enjoyed it. Thanks for taking the time to do it right, not moving through the screen so fast that we miss things. Really looking forward to Night Mode and split screen. Can't wait to see what you show us on Part 2 -- I'm heading for it now! Thanks again!

I like the youtube/video PIP feature where you can stream a video on netflix/amazon prime/or youtube and web browse or do something else at the same time. Different than the split screen.

You got a deal!! I got it at Walmart for $139 Total Wireless. I think I'm going to love it... trying to get the teeny tiny SIM card back in is challenging but... lol So I haven't actually been able to enjoy using it yet. Love the feel of it in my hands compared to thicker phone.

There is a notification button if you swipe down from the top of the screen. You can choose if you want it silent, vibrate, or have volume. You can then change it at anytime.

You have to look up wireless charging adapter for that phone I mean for this phone that's all you have to do it if you want wireless charging since it's not built into this model
Also on the Ae10 I bought mine and from the factory it won't recieve pictures from anyone. How and where do I find the setting to change that. Iv been all over the settings and haven't found anything

Good video but dark mode does not save battery since the A10e has an LCD not an OLED, which would save power with dark mode.
