That pedal car is the best! My father made is a wooden pedal Jeep and he painted all the airforce decals on it. We loved it! Then he made my kids a wooden bi-plane. It was on wheels and you just sat on it and pushed yourself around. For my grandkids he made a cart. You have to push & pull on the handles to make the wheels roll. He loved creating those for his family. In a couple of weeks our grandson is coming over so I’ll get that one down and clean it off so he can try it out!

Enjoyed watching it gave me ideas for my mom's surprise birthday. Where did you get the butterfly fabric from and blue chalk paint...do you think acrylic paint from dollar store would work on the wood ok...? Thinking of making her birthday card box myself.
The fabric is from Dollar Tree and the paint is from Walmart! I'm sure any paint would do great!

I always live the idea of the background being a sign from dollar tree....but how do you keep them from warping? They always come alittle warped too :( how can you fix that to use them with a professional look?
It's so hard when they are warped. Maybe staple paint sticks to the back?

But what you can do is measure your blank space on the sign and that will help determine how wide and long to cut the words
