Better than stock for sure. I look for HD to install cat monitor sensors downstream of the converters in the next couple years. You can still gut them but you’ll have a check engine light. Autos have been this way for years.
@@nmra200mph how deep are the baffles and cats welded? Looking to do this or buy an older cvo exhaust and cut off the easier baffles on the earlier year exhaust and just swap. What u think?
@@rustnation2651 it was a ton of work to get it done but we now have our own pipes on it if you want to buy the stock ones already done give me a call 800-390-8985
@@nmra200mph Hey that’s awesome! I would have never thought that. Obviously my opinion on this was totally wrong. Wasn’t trying to be a jerk. Just not brave enough to be the first guy to try it. Very surprised, as well as impressed with your results. That took some stones on your part. Thanks for sharing.
I have been around the professional racing scene for a while have modified tons of bikes. I have actually made and designed a few exhausts and getting ready to have a custom line of Harley exhaust that will be tuned to correct size for the amount of engine work so stay tuned. We tested it out cause we were curious what we can do with the stock exhaust and bang for the buck you just can not beat it. We have tried many exhausts from co that claimed same statement that it will lose too much but when I have tried their exhausts it was just disappointing every time. So we will be doing a bunch of work to this and will see how far we can take before we max out the exhaust and since this is a cvo I really want to keep the stock look as long as I can. There is another video of my 22 Harley that makes 200hp at the rear wheel check it out.
@@nmra200mph Yes I will do that. I agree with wanting to keep the stock look. Obviously you have a lot of first hand knowledge. The so called pros say this doesn’t, and won’t work. I am guessing this must be part of the mass marketing and sales plan. Very curious to see what you come up with next in your exhaust systems. Please share your post when you can. Sounds like your on the verge of something great. And as you well know. The H-D community will spend good money on great.
I just uploaded a video of new custom exhaust we finished biggest on market more in depth details will come soon th-cam.com/video/lYeRth4M_qk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=7G8mPouWqNQ8_F-3

I thought the baffles were welded all the way around , how did you do it?
Lots of grinding with special tools
작업과정 영상잇음 보고싶네요
can you explain exactly what you did?
Take the ends off and cut and grind all the welds and then you will need a 2ft long large 3/4 drill bit for the cat
Sounds great , got warranty??
I really do not care about warranty
Can you tell us how you did pls or make a video?
It is literally an entire day process of grinding with drummers and small band saws
