@@rustnation2651 I wouldn’t suggest my exhaust unless you are going for big power. I can get you khrome works or d d for mild set ups. It all depends what you are looking to do.

@@rustnation2651 u can try those and then give us a call when u realize theirs is stock size pipes. We custom tailor ours to engine upgrades. Specific collector size, specific steps and specific size muffler and baffle. It is too time consuming only have a few exhausts left it’s for off road race application only. So far we changed ecu and we able to tune it, exhaust heads intake throttle body

@@stuartberke5845 actually it made 135 tq stock w baffles removed on the dyno to the wheel but thank u for ur educated opinion

Your statement is talking out of your rear end!!! It made 136 tq on dyno so thanks for your knoledge!

I have been around the professional racing scene for a while have modified tons of bikes. I have actually made and designed a few exhausts and getting ready to have a custom line of Harley exhaust that will be tuned to correct size for the amount of engine work so stay tuned. We tested it out cause we were curious what we can do with the stock exhaust and bang for the buck you just can not beat it. We have tried many exhausts from co that claimed same statement that it will lose too much but when I have tried their exhausts it was just disappointing every time. So we will be doing a bunch of work to this and will see how far we can take before we max out the exhaust and since this is a cvo I really want to keep the stock look as long as I can. There is another video of my 22 Harley that makes 200hp at the rear wheel check it out.

@@nmra200mph Yes I will do that. I agree with wanting to keep the stock look. Obviously you have a lot of first hand knowledge. The so called pros say this doesn’t, and won’t work. I am guessing this must be part of the mass marketing and sales plan. Very curious to see what you come up with next in your exhaust systems. Please share your post when you can. Sounds like your on the verge of something great. And as you well know. The H-D community will spend good money on great.

It is literally an entire day process of grinding with drummers and small band saws

@@nmra200mph how deep are the baffles and cats welded? Looking to do this or buy an older cvo exhaust and cut off the easier baffles on the earlier year exhaust and just swap. What u think?

Lots of grinding with special tools

Take the ends off and cut and grind all the welds and then you will need a 2ft long large 3/4 drill bit for the cat

Sure thing had to make custom spacers and heat shields from carbon fiber. One of the most difficult exhaust jobs I had to have done.
