I updated the grill on Project SportRunner to something still classic, but a touch more modern.
Here's how I build the actual grill - done way before we had access to good video cameras for this kind of thing :)

For this you'll need:
Modified grill (obviously)
Toyota Emblem P/N 75311-90K00
Long flat blade screw driver
Stainless bolts/washers/rubber washers/serrated lock nuts (I used 1/4 x 20 x 3/4)
Tape measure
Level
Painter's tape
Blue or red locktite
