I was told by wineguard, that the coax had to be ran directly from the antenna to the walley. It's the only way I could get it to work. I need professional help
@@mikecannon1567 what if my camper has a factory built in coax connection on the outside and where the two TVs are in the camper there is a coax connection
Most likely if there are multiple TV's in the camper and only one connection outside labeled satellite, there will be a splitter somewhere in between the outside and the inside. @ receivers cannot be hooked up thru a splitter as the splitter will backfeed the 13/18 volts DC back to the receivers and probably blow them up. Seoerate lines must be run for each TV from the external dish or tailgater@@abrams_tanker2344

This is 100% true. I'm a DISH installer. The connection MUST be made via a coax of RG 6 quality with no splitters in between.
