North Point Builders - Baltimore County Substance Abuse Treatment Center

North Point Builders provided Design-Build Services for the first Baltimore County-owned Substance Abuse Residential Treatment Center in Owings Mills, Maryland. The treatment center project was developed in an effort to address the ongoing opioid crisis in Baltimore County. By updating and modernizing the aged building, the residential treatment center expects to serve approximately 300 individuals and their families annually.
