Damage I'll agree on, but protected movement? You've never tried evading 90% of classes in BDO right now. If you're getting smoked in 1v1 by a succ ranger it's most definitely a skill issue. Succ ranger dies in her SA's 9/10 times. Large scale she's aids, but there is no reason to lose to a succ ranger 1v1 as any meta class unless you didn't see them.

Hash could literally play distant and i-frame away the damage of the ranger. Then close the gap using its burst movements and wait til the rangers protected movement comes off. Then go for a cc. Succ ranger aint hard to catch unless you dumb or got overgeared by it and cant trade.
