You can do this on almost any drawing/animating app if it meets these requirements (or it just depends on skills ✨) (Eg, layers, select?, opacity, bucket, etc,) _drawing_ (Eg, layers, key frames (little diamonds), pivot point, chroma key) _animation_ But I recommend Alight Motion and IbisPaint X *edit: also useful graphs for blinking, thanks! I like to first one better not because it's easy just because it looks better cause the eyelid doesn't go up when eyes are closed, it just doesn't make very much sense to me thats all

*when you realize your style of eyes has so many lashes it’s hard to do this without making the eyes smaller* 😭
