@@MastDigitalUK if I only have bosch IP CMA and Bosch Divar3000, but I dont purchase BVMS (bosch video management soft), is it possible to use SmartPSS or other VMS brand (like SMartPSS/iVMS200 etc)
Hi I have DMSS in my Iphone, I need to set up the smart pss on pc, is I have the device SN and the password, I do not have the username which is required to enter to the pss, how to get it ??
Hi, i have an issue with Smart PSS. I would like to add a camera to the program. The camera is at home, however the SMART PSS is on my laptop, and from work I can't add the device. I reseted the camera, and even if I give the passwords it will not connet. On Android it connects to Imou life and I can see it from there, however to Smart PSS and gdMSS Plus it's not connectig. What is the isse? (I tried it with adding the S/N) Thank you in advance!

Having installed a surveillance system at my home and Being currently traveling away from my home under surveillance, I would like to know if it is possible to restart the DVR remotely, I have a problem with the internal hard drive which is no longer recognized (not possible to view the event history). So I would like to be able to restart the device through the software. Thank you in advance and very good work 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi, To reboot an NVR/XVR, navigate to 'Device CFG' and select your device from the list. Navigate to System and click the 'Auto Maintenance' button, then select the 'Auto Maintenance' tab. Here you will find the 'Reboot' option. If the issue you are experiencing is down to the hard drive failing a reboot may not resolve it and you may require a replacement hard drive.

Hi Riky, You would have to add the Bosch Camera onto a Dahua NVR via Onvif

When I add a device with S/N he says "added failed device", while those with IP adds them.
