Hi, love watching your parkrun videos, I am recovering from a achilles tear at the moment so nice to see you running and enjoying yourself. keep up the good work, ...cheers
I’ve had Achilles problems. Ended up at Physio and they were very good and speeded up my recovery
Definitely not a PB course but it's brilliant to get a parkrun into what is a fairly confined space by usual standards.
I think it will be good for the area as well. 100+ tourists every week.Some will stay for longer than just the parkrun.
