- Hi friends today I am going to show how to make electric fat bike with 48/36v ,350w hub motor. Here I have used 48v ,18A lifepo4 battery. The range of the bike per single charge is 50 km.

Great build. I have a Samsung 250-350wh already but would love to USE a fully built Euro folding bike, but I want to upgrade to approx 750 -1000wh. Still, I don't have the knowledge myself. I know a couple of the rules, so I would be more than willing to register as a moped if needed. I just haven't found the correct people to carry out the process, pity that, as you make It look so simple, best wishes from London, England!

that's kind of build when you lack knowledge of physics, chemistry and electronics. Supercapacitors have the lowest energy density out of all available storage solutions today. Also supercapacitors don't store energy, they just keep the electric charge, so they will lose 10% of this charge per day. You need to convert electric energy to storage with the help of chemical reaction so it will last longer. The best option is to use silver-zinc battery, it has more energy density than lithium-ion and it can be recycled at home if you learn some basic chemistry. This way you would get an "ethernal" battery (recycling every 200-300 cycles) and never pay for lithium battery over and over again.

Well now I know my e-bike build is going to work out okay. I bought the same exact bike with different branding on ebay and a front kit. I've had them for over a week but haven't been able to build the bike due to the heat and having to build it outdoors. Granted my bike is going to have 4 separate 48v 14ah battery packs hooked up in parallel and powering a 1500w kit..
Then you will own a mediocre Class-3 ebike at best. More like a baby underpowered electric motorcycle. Good thing you always ride on the roads.

What about braking system that disc brakes will make us jump from the bike if we apply them suddenly incase from preventing from an accident, its better to upgrade those manual disc brakes to abs hydraulic disc brakes its not a discouraging comment your work was really awesome but its just a suggestion

Everything is ok and good. Its good you have disk breaks and heavy tyres when you are at top speed 50mph . Its a very high speed for cycle. Overall you have done it excellent .

How effective is the brakes?
only hydraulic brakes, no exception
I have a question may be stupid but correct if I am wrong . I can see hub motor on the front wheel.. similarly why can't we have a dynamo/alternator at the rare wheel connected at the center of the rare wheel so as and when the wheel spins the dynamo along the wheel wheel ..so here dynamo also acts as the center axcel of the rare wheel which also intern grenerates 12v power to charge the battery on the go . I know it's not that easy as we think but curious to understand why this can't be done?

I just found one mistake in this making. apart from that all effort is award winning. The fault is the person used front tier for the motor and as it showing it goes 50km/hr speed. so if i want to stop the cycle suddenly for avoiding accident or something. cycle will be in the air because front tier is using motor and brake as well.

Whatever the parts and items you bought it I think one new cycle we can buy in it that battery cycle only why to do that waste hard work 🤙🏻
When we buy a new electric cycle it cost around 25 to 30 k
And with jugad technology one can purchase an old cycle in approx 2000 and can experiment on it for kit around 6-8k and battery around 5-6k
