Unfortunately it is whole ecosystem. No country or economy could grow or innovate in isolation. Lecturers are mediocre, listeners are mediocre and state practice isolation. There is no way out for Pakistan. Another sad state is there is no country east of Pakistan. West and north there is no chance.
