First of all what do you mean by "hindutva is squashing minorities" . Secondly, I studied in Acharyakulam which is a school which teaches CBSE ( Central Board for Secondary Education) board course and Sanskrit, Shastra and Ved. And we had a average score of 90% in grade 10 boards examination. The thing is my school didn't tried to align education with religion but rather religion with education while it seems that its the other way around in Pakistan. Thirdly we have both Central and State boards in India.

What quota ? There is no reservation for muslim in any govt job, What is your opinion on article 341 ? Why government discontinue the manf ? Sacchar committee report (2006) shows that muslim is almost absent in every govt job like dalit at time of independent then why govt not give reservation to muslims like dalit, govt decrease more than 50 percent budget on minority ministry. As an indian muslim i feel govt systematically marginalised minorities specially muslims and christians.

Waqf board is one of the top 3 land-owner entities. Muslims have special scholarships. They have a special place in the Hindi/Urdu film industry.

In the UK educational curriculums are devolved to the countries that make up the UK. Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland have their national curriculums and exam boards that set their basic minimum standards of education and assessment. There is no centrally imposed national curriculum from the central government.

When a society let religion play a role in such a heavy way in their lives, then these kind of confusing issues will remain. The solution is simple: Religion should is a personal issue and each family/segment of community should handle it personally. As far as school curriculum is concerned, religion should be kept out. BY extension it also implies that throughout life, religion should be kept personal and mainly be confined to the respective homes.
Religion is a powerful political tool, and if it is limited to individuals, it defeats the purpose of its existence.

That's not the real reason. The real reason is that the West (US and UK) fears that without injecting Islam into Pakistani curriculum, Pakistan might disintegrate and therefore remain no longer useful for exploitation.

STEM subjects need to follow a national curriculum. It makes no sense to impose a prescriptive curriculum in the humanities. In Pakistan the problems in the education system are rooted in the failure of the nation-building project. Fundamental constitutional questions about the nature of the Pakistani state have not been settled. Should it be a secular state made up of federated regions or an Islamic republic? The Government probably feels that a single national curriculum will function as a glue to hold the country together without looking at deeper questions of land reform, social justice, democracy, rights of minorities and the uneven development of different regions of Pakistan.

Single National Curriculum prefers equality over equity. The purpose of education for rich and poor is inherently different. Poor children want to acquire financially lucrative skills in the least possible time. Rich children, on the other hand, can afford to study non-economic subjects such as Islamiyat, Pakistan Studies and Urdu. SNC is a luxury when graver problems like out-of-school children plague us.

However educated a Pakistani whether madrassa chchap or so called elite institutions whether in that country or well known universities from western countries, they enjoy all advantages of secularism and even complain about discrimination and want to follow their religion including Sharia as right of minorities. But inside they are. Indoctrinated to think their religion is the only true religion and their prophet is the greatest being. Dude Indian education is not so good tbh, even though it's better than Pakistani education system but at international level India's education system might be as bad as any third world African country barring some quality islands of education like IITs, IIMs etc.
But India's primary education is atrocious! Even worse than SEA countries.
Every state in India follows State board of education and Central board education.Children are free to join any course. Generally the syllabuses are by and large similar.
This atmosphere of exclusion and teaching hate to children will destroy Pakistan, in fact the destruction is already visible everywhere! We're not perfect, but learning from us in India could be very useful for you! 🇮🇳
