우유맛이 진한 꽃짜기용 버터크림 쉽게만들기 easy butter cream frosting

  • 재료 {Ingredients}
    무염버터 400g unsalted butter
    (이번 영상에 사용된 버터는 프레지덩무염버터입니다)
    우유80g milk
    설탕80g sugar
    탈지분유 150g nonfat milk powder
    바닐라익스트렉 vanilla extract
    소금 한꼬집 a pinch of salt
    1.냉장고에서 꺼낸 무염버터는 실온에 30분정도 둔다
    2.우유에 설탕을 녹인다.바닐라익스트렉도 조금 넣고
    3.버터에 탈지분유를 넣고 잘 풀어준후 (이때 소금도 한꼬집 넣어주면 맛이 한층 업그레이드 된다) 핸드믹서로 분유가루가 안보일때까지 휘핑한후
    4.우유에 녹인 설탕을 넣고 중고속으로 휘핑하면 완성

      @@bloomingdays Thank you for replying! I live in the States, and most folks here don’t seem to care for ‘mouthful of butter’-y taste 🙈 And, I feel like I have to bump up the sweetness, however, am worried if adding sugar would mess up texture/shininess of flower buttercream!

      @@hae1123 I think (and I hope bloomingdays will correct me if I'm wrong) that as long as the sugar is all dissolved in the warm milk first, it will still be glossy as it is in the video.

    Is the milk powder what we Americans call powdered milk, or is it confectionary sugar?

      It's what we Americans call powdered milk. The sugar she used is regular granulated sugar.

      You can make chocolate butter cream by adding a little cocoa powder to the recipe, but the cream made so does not have a fixed power and is not enough to make precise petals. However, if you want the level of cakes sold at Costco, you can change it like that.

      저는 찬우유 그냥 사용했는데 따뜻한 우유에 설탕을 녹이고 냉장고에 식혀서 사용하시면 됩니다

      버터에 탈지분유를 먼저 넣고 주걱으로 크림화 시킨후에 설탕녹인 우유를 넣고 휘핑기로 충분히 휘핑하면 탈지분유가 잘 녹을거예요🥰

    두번 시도했는데 다 꽃을짜도 모양이 잘 나오지 않았어요.. 이유가 뭘지 고민중인데 우유는 차가워야하나요?
