    Thank you for your recipe, I’ve already made it and has excellent consistency, but it melt easily, we do not have a humid hot weather in my country, maybe the type of butter? Could you please give some tips to avoid this problem? Many thanks

    A very big thank you for sharing your buttercream recipe. You showed us a cool trick how to pour sugar syrup into egg whites. The butter you used indeed looked whiter than normal butter. I cannot find lighter colour butter where i live. Thanks again.
