17th IDRiM Cafe: Contribution of Social Media to Effective Disaster Management (Monika Meltzer)

International Society of Integrated Disaster Risk Management (IDRiM) Society held the 17th IDRiM Café on 24 July 2024.
The theme was "Contribution of Social Media to Effective Disaster Management: Comparative Analysis of Romanian and Indian Scenarios".
One of the invited four guest speakers is Dr.f Monika Meltzer, a Research assistant at the Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering, Babeș-Bolyai University,
Romania.
