a little about me~ I have thru hiked the Appalachian Trail and Mountains-To-Sea Trail. I am the fastest person to ever hike the Mountains-To-Sea Trail spanning the length of North Carolina. 1175 miles in 29 days! I've also set FKTs on the Benton MacKaye Trail and Colorado Trail. I enjoy creating wanderlust content and trail running!

Professional tour de France cycling team sleep high/ train low , there is a certain altitude were the gains wil actually hurt performance

I have been to Colorado and altitude headaches are awful.
Today I got my hip steroid injection. For 72 hours I will have migraine headaches. Not much will help them. So for those who have never been in high altitude climates... It is like having a really bad headache that Tylenol won't cure.
