a little too relaxing. So far I have never got to the meat of the session before falling asleep. In fact very often I don't even make it to the first request to open/close my eyes again. I am determined to make it though! 😆
I'm not going through a breakup at the moment, but I think this vid is really sweet because somewhere out there someone is feeling heartbreak and I hope they watch this video to feel better about life.

oh. I did break up with my ex boyfriend about 2 months ago. Sometimes I think of him and feel I will never be over him. He was the ONE and there will never be another like him again. I know it's ridiculous, but it is how I feel at times. We broke up because ,no matter how much we loved each other and had in common, we were not compatible. Better for it to end then to dislike each other for rest of our lives and never have a chance for friendship.

As a Hypnotherapist I am wondering ? How does this prepare you in attempts to use this to relieve suffering, some have especially deep deep suffering. I feel safe even to say Hi ! So it's not something I've really seen, but are there any sessions on helping you *initiate* the breakup? I've been miserable in my relationship for a long time now, but I can't bring myself to do it because while I don't want to be with her, I do still care deeply about her.

Glad you like it :) The induction should definitely be familiar. It's a slight variation on The Elman induction which is one of the most famous inductions ever. If I ever borrow from or recreate anyone else's induction I always credit it in the description.
