Mam i have completed my Msc, BEd..... I have 2 yrs teaching experience.... I taught upto 8,....but iam scared of teaching chemistry to jr. College students...... Even I don't want to attempt interviews..... I have given 2-3 interviews but they ask subject questions in details..... N if we can't answer correctly it only increases fear........ Is there any tip how to release fear..... In 2-3 years so that i get ready for future....... When we are working in schools
... How to take out time for preparing for jr. College interviews n master lesson planning and teaching strategies.....??? Jr college students are teenagers and already joined tutions where they give huge amount of money so will they listen to my teaching..... I doubt?
They will listen for sure … you can start revising grade 11-12 curriculum complete the curriculum go through it properly take coaching of 1-2 month if required

Yes yes this is my observation lesson when management people walks in I have completed… it’s a 45 min lesson
Ohk Ma'am...So how to bring differentiation in this lesson?
By giving different activities to different groups
I have made 4 groups in every class so so each group gets different activity as per their level
