I don’t agree with his political views but I find inspiration with his experience and down to earth understanding of life’s meaning. Of all I, in my years and experiences the resounding echo of intelligence for all is, frankly, what I learned kindergarten at 5 years old. It took some time but my best deep sighs of release are from 60 years ago.

After his command of USSOC and his retirement he made the legacy media circuit with his political views which I would consider to be far left of libertarian on certain topics and issues. This, by no means, diminishes my great respect for him, his service, dedication and strength of character
