With one KV you can generate 4 units per day ( this is average usage it varies low in rainy season and high in summer), so for 5 kv it will produce around 20 to 25 units per day from morning 8 am to 5 pm. If you want calculate AC s usage. It depends on AC star rating. For example If you consider AC 1.5 ton 3 star rating then 1.5 units per hour for continuous usage. U can find this energy consumption on AC star rating label. So you can calculate ur self

if you are staying in a apartments i assume the roof space belongs to everyone so sir you can talk with your other apartment owners sir if they are not interested in participating you can install them on your apartment roof if your other apartment people are interested you can jion venture sir
